Role: Strategic Partnership Manager – Influencer Marketing

What you’ll do:

• Identify and onboard strategic business partners including agencies, PR firms, talent networks, and platforms to expand Salt Buzz’s influencer marketing offerings.
• Build strong, mutually beneficial alliances that unlock new client opportunities across industries like fashion, lifestyle, FMCG, tech, healthcare, and hospitality.
• Create joint go-to-market plans with partners for influencer campaigns and brand collaborations.
• Negotiate partnership structures — from referral models to revenue-sharing and co-branded campaign executions.
• Coordinate with internal influencer and strategy teams to align partnership opportunities with ongoing campaigns.
• Track, measure, and report the performance impact of partnerships using analytics tools — focusing on pipeline growth, conversions, and campaign ROI.
• Stay ahead of influencer marketing and partnership trends to identify emerging collaboration opportunities.
• Represent Salt Buzz in networking events, industry forums, and partnership meetings to strengthen visibility and credibility in the influencer ecosystem.

What you’ll bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, business alliances, or growth partnerships.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, creator networks, and digital trends.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset.
• Experience with influencer analytics platforms (like Upfluence, CreatorIQ, or HypeAuditor) is a plus.
