Key Responsibilities:

• Audit influencer profiles and categorize based on niche, audience, and content quality.
• Develop influencer engagement plans tailored to campaign goals.
• Organize influencer meets and onboarding.
• Manage influencer deliverables, timelines, and coordination.
• Track campaign performance, engagement, and KPIs.
• Maintain and update a database of influencers across sectors.
• Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to ensure alignment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, PR, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing or talent management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
