About the Role

We are seeking an Influencer Management Specialist to lead and scale our influencer marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, onboarding, and managing relationships with influencers across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in influencer sourcing, campaign execution, performance tracking, and building long-term partnerships in the ecommerce/DTC space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and manage influencers aligned with brand values, target audience, and campaign objectives.
  • Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and contracts with influencers.
  • Plan and execute influencer campaigns to support product launches, seasonal promotions, and evergreen content.
  • Collaborate with the content and paid media teams to amplify influencer-generated content (IGC).
  • Monitor influencer performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and track ROI.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, and platform policies.
  • Build and maintain long-term influencer relationships.
  • Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, new platforms, and emerging talent.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of proven experience in influencer marketing or talent management.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and influencer marketing platforms (e.g., Upfluence, AspireIQ, GRIN).
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign performance analytics.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to spot trends and match influencers to brand voice.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Prior experience in

    ecommerce/DTC brands

    is required.
  • Prior experience in Shopify.

Preferred

  • Hands-on experience in paid amplification of influencer content.
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing and influencer commission models.
