Role & responsibilities

Need to have own laptop/ internet facility at home as this role will be hybrid OR a Work from Home model.

Candidate Must have knowledge some knowledge about Social Media.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Relationship Building
: Identify and recruit micro-influencers, nurture long-term relationships, and transform hesitant influencers into brand advocates.
Negotiation & Deal Making
: Use data-backed offers and negotiation strategies, including tiered commissions and creative freedom, to secure long-term partnerships and maximize ROI.
Campaign Management
: Oversee the creation and execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring that influencer-generated content aligns with brand ethos, resonates with audiences, and drives engagement.
Communication
: Develop clear, concise, and compelling pitches, ensuring that brand communication integrates authentically with influencers content.
Problem Solving
: Adapt strategies based on platform changes, setbacks, or emerging trends, maintaining performance and engagement across campaigns.
Ethical Standards & Compliance
: Uphold transparency in contracts, maintain compliance with FTC guidelines, and ensure ethical, sustainable partnerships
