Influencer / Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

Denzour Nutrition is looking for an Influencer / Affiliate Marketing Specialist to drive revenue-focused creator marketing. This role is primarily responsible for generating sales through nano and barter creators using commission-based and product stack collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, onboard, and manage nano and barter creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.

Build and scale a performance-driven affiliate program for Denzour Nutrition.

Close collaborations on commission + product stack (barter) models.

Allocate and manage unique affiliate codes and links for each creator.

Ensure creators actively promote Denzour Nutrition products, seasonal sales, and campaigns.

Track creator performance based on revenue, conversions, and ROI.

Follow up with creators regularly to maintain consistency and improve performance.

Scale high-performing creators and discontinue low-performing ones.

Coordinate with internal teams for offers, inventory, and campaign alignment.

Share weekly and monthly revenue reports from affiliate marketing.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Experience in influencer or affiliate marketing, preferably in D2C or fitness brands.

Strong understanding of nano influencer and barter collaborations.

Proven ability to work on commission-based revenue models.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Data-oriented mindset with a strong focus on sales performance.

Familiarity with Shopify, affiliate dashboards, or tracking tools is a plus.

Highly organized, target-driven, and execution-focused.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
