This comprehensive care approach ensures patients and their families can focus on recovery.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Infection Control Nurse located in Gurugram. The Infection Control Nurse will oversee infection prevention measures, monitor infectious disease control protocols, and ensure compliance with established healthcare standards. The role includes conducting infection risk assessments, educating staff on hygiene practices, implementing and monitoring infection control policies and guidelines, and promptly addressing infection outbreaks. The individual will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain a safe, healthy environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Infection Control and Infection management procedures
Strong knowledge of Nursing and medical care practices
Understanding of Infectious Diseases and their prevention
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Ability to analyze data and provide effective infection mitigation strategies
Registered Nursing license and professional certification in Infection Control (preferred)
Prior experience in a healthcare setting focusing on infection control is an advantage
immediate joiner preferred
