Industry Solutions Leader-Pharma/Lifesciences

As an Industry Solutions Leader in Pharma & Life Sciences at Polestar Solutions, your role will involve driving the development and adoption of innovative AI and Analytics solutions on the proprietary 1 Platform. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and commercializing industry-specific AI and analytics use cases for pharmaceutical & life sciences organizations to unlock value from their data assets. Your deep domain knowledge of Pharma & Life Sciences and understanding of modern data platforms, AI technologies, and applied analytics will be crucial in this high-impact role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Participate in discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand business challenges, current state, and data maturity. - Collaborate with sales and solution architects to define business use cases, target outcomes, and solution scope. - Develop pre-sales collateral including client problem statements, tailored value propositions, functional requirement outlines, and workflow/process maps. - Conduct competitive and market research to inform solution design and positioning. - Translate client business requirements into clear user stories and functional specifications for technical teams. - Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and visualization experts to shape data pipelines, analytical models, and dashboards. - Bring domain knowledge in areas such as Supply Chain, Commercial Analytics, Market Access, FP&A, R&D and Clinical Trials, Medical Affairs/Pharmacovigilance. - Stay current with regulatory frameworks and trends in digital health and pharma analytics. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or related field. - 10+ years of experience in business analysis roles supporting pharma/life sciences clients. - Strong understanding of data & analytics lifecycle and ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions. - Hands-on experience with tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and familiarity with modern data platforms. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to senior client stakeholders. - Experience with Data-warehousing/Visualization tools, CRM/MCM tools, and cloud ecosystems. - MBA, MPH, or a relevant master's degree. - Business analysis or pre-sales certifications.
