Industry Solutions Leader-Pharma/Lifesciences

As an Industry Solutions Leader - Pharma & Life Sciences, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and adoption of innovative AI and Analytics solutions for pharmaceutical & life sciences organizations. Your responsibilities will include conceptualizing, designing, and commercializing industry-specific AI and analytics use cases, collaborating with sales and client success teams, and serving as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Client Engagement & Pre-Sales:** - Participate in discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand business challenges and data maturity. - Collaborate with sales and solution architects to define business use cases and solution scope. - Develop pre-sales collateral including client problem statements, functional requirement outlines, and high-level solution blueprints. - Conduct competitive and market research to inform solution design. - Support creation and delivery of client-facing presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept plans. - **Project Delivery & Execution:** - Translate client business requirements into clear user stories and functional specifications. - Collaborate with technical teams to shape data pipelines, analytical models, and dashboards. - Lead requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and sprint reviews. - Validate outputs against business needs through UAT and feedback sessions. - Manage documentation including BRDs, data dictionaries, and test cases. - **Industry & Domain Expertise:** - Bring domain knowledge in areas such as Supply Chain, Commercial Analytics, Market Access, and R&D. - Work with common data assets and stay current with regulatory frameworks and trends in digital health and pharma analytics. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmacy, or related field. - 10+ years of experience in business analysis roles supporting pharma/life sciences clients. - Strong understanding of data & analytics lifecycle and ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions. - Experience with tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and modern data platforms. - Exceptional communication skills and experience with CRM/MCM tools and cloud ecosystems. - MBA, MPH, or relevant master's degree and business analysis certifications.
