Job Description

As a Robotics & Automation Engineer at Kalyani Technologies Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in transforming BFL's manufacturing systems by architecting intelligent and scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency, precision, and innovation in complex industrial environments. Key Responsibilities: - Assess manufacturing processes to identify automation opportunities and develop tailored robotics and automation solutions. - Design and simulate automated manufacturing systems using industrial engineering simulation software. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate robotics and automation solutions into existing production lines. - Perform feasibility studies, ROI analyses, and capacity planning for proposed automation solutions. - Create detailed technical specifications and solution proposals for manufacturing clients. - Develop process flow diagrams, layout designs, and equipment specifications. - Provide technical guidance during the implementation and commissioning of automated systems. - Monitor and analyze post-implementation performance metrics to ensure solutions meet targeted outcomes. - Experience in developing robotics and automation solutions for the Automotive, FMCG, or Pharmaceutical industry. Required Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent technical writing skills for creating solution proposals and specifications. - Ability to translate client requirements into technical solutions. - Proficiency in project management and time management. - Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and cross-functional teams. - Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Experience with value stream mapping and process optimization. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field required; Master's degree preferred. - 3-5 years of experience in industrial automation and robotics for manufacturing environments. - Demonstrated experience in developing automation solutions for production processes. - Proficiency with industrial engineering simulation software (e.g., FlexSim, AnyLogic, Arena, Simio). - Experience with CAD/CAM design applications (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Siemens NX). - Working knowledge of robotics programming and integration (e.g., FANUC, ABB, KUKA systems). - Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and their integration with automation. - Understanding of Industry 4.0 principles and IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) applications. - Experience with PLC programming and SCADA systems is good to have.,
