PLM Architect

You are an experienced PLM Architect with 15-18 years of expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), responsible for leading solution architecture across product portfolios and automation systems. Your role requires deep technical acumen in platforms like Windchill and Teamcenter, along with the strategic vision to drive high-impact changes across the manufacturing landscape. In this position, you will be involved in various key areas: Business Process Optimization: - Assessing and defining business processes for PLM functions. - Identifying areas for process improvement and collaborating on implementing changes. - Ensuring that PLM solutions are aligned with business goals and objectives. Integration and Data Management: - Facilitating integration between PLM systems and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM). - Managing and maintaining PLM data to ensure data integrity and accuracy. - Having a strong knowledge of CAD migration processes. Pre-Sales Activities: - Collaborating with vendor teams to develop compelling value propositions and technical presentations. - Providing technical expertise during the vendor selection process and addressing technical concerns. - Participating in contract negotiations and solution presentations. - Handling license configuration and deployments. Technical Leadership and Guidance: - Providing technical leadership and guidance to project teams. - Mentoring junior engineers and sharing best practices. - Staying up-to-date on PLM market trends and emerging technologies. Skills and Qualifications: - Overall 15 to 18 Years of Experience in PLM. - Strong understanding of PLM principles and best practices. - Experience with PLM platforms such as Teamcenter or Windchill. - Proficiency in solution design, architecture, and implementation. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to CAD and Windchill. - Knowledge of relevant technologies such as Java, Microservices, and cloud computing is beneficial. - Strong knowledge on the build deployment of server and configuration of replica servers.,
