You will be joining AtomOne Technologies Pvt. Ltd."s R&D - IIoT department as an IIoT and Digitalization Officer, reporting to the Director. With 5-8 years of experience, you will play a key role in leading and executing Industry 4.0 initiatives to enhance manufacturing productivity, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. Your responsibilities will include leading the digital transformation roadmap by integrating IIoT, AI/ML, and automation technologies across multiple manufacturing plants. You will design and implement a Digital Transformation Framework to enhance interconnectivity, data integration, and smart system deployment. Managing end-to-end project execution, including cross-functional coordination, vendor engagement, and stakeholder communication, will be a crucial aspect of your role. Furthermore, you will design and deploy smart factory systems, ensure secure industrial network connectivity, and leverage cloud-based IIoT platforms for improved operational visibility. Collaboration with Production, Quality, and Maintenance Heads to assess requirements and propose digital interventions will be essential. Proficiency in Python, Node-RED, SQLite, Power BI, MATLAB, and cybersecurity protocols in industrial settings is essential. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-site digital projects, familiarity with AI/ML applications in manufacturing, and strong project management and team leadership capabilities are also necessary. Preferred qualifications include an M.Tech/Ph.D. in Manufacturing, Smart Manufacturing, or related engineering fields, along with knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure for manufacturing solutions. You are a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior SAP MES Integration Specialist with over 5 years of experience in SAP ERP to MES integration, particularly within GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments. Your expertise includes hands-on knowledge of SCADA systems, OEE tracking, and Industry 4.0/IIoT technologies, coupled with a deep understanding of data integrity, compliance, and electronic batch records. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement seamless SAP ERP to MES integration solutions customized for pharmaceutical manufacturing. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and GxP regulations. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining electronic batch records (EBRs) to ensure data integrity throughout all production processes. Additionally, configuring and integrating SCADA systems with MES for real-time production monitoring and automation, monitoring and optimizing OEE to enhance manufacturing efficiency, and leveraging IIoT 4.0 technologies for improved process visibility and operational excellence will be key responsibilities. Your role will involve providing technical leadership, training, and support to site engineering and IT teams. Troubleshooting MES-related issues and coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders for timely resolution will also be part of your duties. As the ideal candidate, you hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Essential Responsibilities: Reporting to Vice President of Manufacturing Transformation, lead all aspects of multi-phase operating model implementation in collaborating with manufacturing IT teams. Work with manufacturing stakeholders to assess business practices in material planning and consumption, MES integration, and Material master. Be a change agent and drive proactive and productive conversations to improve adaptation of the new improved operating models and Best-Known Methods. Accountable for understanding business needs and program milestones, and working with manufacturing teams, Business capability group leads, Solution delivery teams, and Partners to drive readiness for system implementation and provide feedback timely. Must be comfortable in matrix management environments and work effectively with others in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. Ensuring project complies with best practices, SOPs, PMO policies, and other policies. Provide consistent and clear communication between all project stakeholders and report on progress to the Executive Steering Committee (VP, SVP, COO) Success in the role is by demonstrating the ability to get stakeholders buy in at a faster rate, implementation of the operating models on time, and have zero to minimum impact to operations from system rollout. Required Qualifications: 12+ years of SAP S/4 HANA experience in ERP Material Planning, Production Planning MES Integration, Experience in implementing SAP in Semiconductor manufacturing Handson experience in leading large SAP change implementation in PP, materials Management Education: Bachelor s degree in engineering, Business administration, Information Systems, Program Management, or related discipline is required. Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments. Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint) Travel - Up to 10% Fluency in English Language - written verbal. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
