As a Salesforce Technical Architect Associate Director, your role will involve leading end-to-end architecture and solution design for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud implementations. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. Collaboration with client stakeholders, business analysts, and delivery teams to define and validate technical architectures will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will design data models, integration patterns, and security frameworks aligned with BFSI and Manufacturing industry standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud implementations. - Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. - Collaborate with client stakeholders, business analysts, and delivery teams to define and validate technical architectures. - Design data models, integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware), and security frameworks aligned with BFSI and Manufacturing industry standards. - Provide technical leadership during presales, discovery workshops, and project delivery cycles. - Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, platform limits, and code quality standards. - Guide development teams during build and deployment phases; conduct design reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization. - Stay updated with the Salesforce platform roadmap, new features, and industry innovations. Qualification Required: - Deep expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) implementations. - Proven experience designing solutions for BFSI (lending, insurance, capital markets) and Manufacturing (sales ops, dealer networks, service operations) domains. - Minimum 3 full-cycle Salesforce implementations in either BFSI or Manufacturing, preferably for large enterprise clients in India. - Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, Process Builder, and Experience Builder. - Hands-on integration experience with ERP, core banking, insurance platforms, MES, using Mulesoft or similar middleware. - Strong understanding of Security & Compliance frameworks relevant to BFSI (RBI, ISO, data residency). - Certifications preferred: Salesforce Application Architect / System Architect; Minimum: Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models with onsite-offshore coordination.
