Job Description

Greetings from Tata Electronics!

We are currently hiring for Industrial Security for the location of Hosur in Lead to Manager level.

Job Summary:

Access Control & Security Control Room Designated Responsible Individual (DRI)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; preference for candidates with security certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP, CISSP).
  • 8-12 years of experience in security operations, preferably in a corporate or industrial setup.
  • Hands-on experience with access control systems (e.g., Lenel, Honeywell, HID).
  • Familiarity with CCTV monitoring tools, HRMS platforms, and visitor management systems.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage emergency situations and handle incident reporting.

Preferred Competencies:

  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Understanding of data privacy, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001, physical security audits, or related standards is a plus.
