The Assignment Manager will be responsible for managing manpower deployment across sites, ensuring client requirements are fulfilled efficiently. The role includes workforce planning, attendance monitoring, reducing absenteeism/absconding, and maintaining smooth coordination between operations, clients, and internal teams.
Plan and allocate manpower to client sites as per requirements.
Monitor attendance, leaves, and replacement arrangements.
Maintain deployment records, reports, and MIS on daily/weekly basis.
Coordinate with clients for staffing updates and resolve on-ground issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies, security protocols, and statutory requirements.
Manage a team of supervisors and guards for effective operations.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new staff.
Handle escalations related to absenteeism, discipline, or performance.
Bachelors Degree (preferred in Management/Administration).
5-8 years experience in workforce management, security operations, or facility management.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and documentation.
Ability to handle pressure, client expectations, and crisis situations.
Physically fit, disciplined, and flexible with work timings.
