The candidate must have served in the armed or paramilitary forces. Candidate Eligibility Must be a former servicewoman from one of the following: Ex-Armed Forces (Army/Navy/Air Force) BSF / CRPF / CAPF / BTP or other paramilitary units Minimum 7 years of operational field experience in security, emergency services, or crisis response Minimum educational qualification: Graduate or equivalent service credentials Must be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily functioning of internal and outsourced security personnel Conduct emergency drills, simulate crisis scenarios, and ensure team preparedness Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for access control, fire safety, and risk protocols Monitor and ensure the functioning of all surveillance, communication, and alert systems Train the security team in emergency handling, discipline, physical preparedness, and reporting protocols Liaise with local law enforcement, disaster response units, and other public safety agencies Prepare and maintain reports on incidents, preparedness levels, and audit findings Respond in real-time to any threat or security breach with leadership and authority Support the organizations leadership in developing emergency preparedness and recovery strategies
