Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate security activities at Vapi and Dadra plants facilities, ensuring the safety and security of employees, visitors, and assets. Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to mitigate risks and maintain a secure working environment. Lead and manage a team of security personnel, including scheduling, and performance evaluations. Foster a positive and professional work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability. Utilize security systems and technologies to monitor, Vapi plants premises for any suspicious activities or security breaches. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, conducting investigations and reporting findings. Implement and manage access control systems, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to restricted areas. Regularly review and update access lists to align with organizational requirements. Develop and oversee emergency response plans, conducting regular drills to ensure preparedness for various scenarios. Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with other departments to address security concerns related to processes, infrastructure, or personnel. Maintain accurate and thorough records of security incidents, investigations, and activities. Prepare and submit reports to management regarding security performance and improvements.
