Job Description – Industrial Sales Executive (B2B Field Sales)

Location: Pune Maharashtra
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday – Saturday)
Salary: ₹40,000/month

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Industrial Sales Executive with experience in B2B field sales across Packaging, FMCG, or Chemical industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial B2B sales.
• Meet clients regularly to maintain and strengthen business relationships.
• Present products and services effectively, offering customized solutions to client needs.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, track activities, and monitor market trends.
• Travel frequently to client sites for meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate/Diploma (Engineering/Business preferred).
• Experience: 1–3 years in B2B field sales (industrial sales preferred).
• Industry Background: Packaging, FMCG, or Chemical sales.
• Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Gender: Male candidates only.
