About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Industrial Sales Executive to drive sales of our Industrial Glue product line. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in industrial/B2B field sales with exposure to FMCG, chemical, or manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence for industrial glue.
• Generate leads, identify new business opportunities, and convert them into long-term clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and industrial clients.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to suggest improvements in sales approach.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide timely reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
• Coordinate with the technical and operations team to ensure smooth order execution and after-sales support.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• 2 – 4 years of proven experience in industrial/B2B field sales, preferably in FMCG, chemicals, or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
