Industrial/ Occupational Health Nurse- MALE NURSE

Job Summary:

The Industrial Nurse- Male (Qatar Location) is responsible for promoting and maintaining the health and well-being of employees in an industrial or manufacturing setting. This includes providing first aid, managing occupational health programs, preventing workplace injuries, and supporting compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Medical Care & First Aid

• Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical care for workplace injuries or illnesses.
• Maintain and manage the plant’s first-aid center, medical equipment, and emergency supplies.
• Coordinate with hospitals or emergency services for serious cases.

3. Health Promotion & Education

• Conduct health awareness programs, vaccination drives, and wellness campaigns.
• Educate employees on topics such as hygiene, ergonomics, nutrition, and stress management.

4. Occupational Health & Safety Support

• Collaborate with the team to identify workplace hazards and recommend preventive measures.
• Participate in safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: GNM or B.Sc. in Nursing (Registered Nurse or equivalent).
• Certification: Prometric and Data Flow complete is mandatory.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in industrial, occupational, or hospital nursing (preferably in manufacturing, construction, or similar settings).
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively during medical emergencies.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹61,094.28 per month
