Technical Knowledge:- 1. Preparation of process flow charts 2. Preparation of control plans 3. Preparation of PFMEA 4. Understand engineering drawings 5. Hands on experience in Excel , Power point , kaizen sheets 6. Thorough knowledge in APQP , PPAP , PFMEA , TS16949 7. Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes 8. Partner with R&D and Product Development teams during the NPI process, providing manufacturing engineering input to ensure the successful transition
