Job Description

Responsibilities

:

Ensure that the Lean Manufacturing system is followed.
Ensure proper input management is followed.
Daily follow up on action item for closure.
Ensure proper shift handover and coordination activity is done.
Coordinate all kaizen activity necessary to execute plan.
Ensure daily output.
Expected allocation of line leader’s time:
75% on daily operationsInput Mgt, production needs, KPIs, Coaching o 20% on Kaizen 5% on Lean Roadmap execution.
Daily Review with Shift Team leader on the checklist for any gap and action taken.
Daily Gemba review with Team leader, MSO and support function.
Attend operating reviews.

Required Skills:

Safe and speedy maintenance practices
Environment aspects, good housekeeping
Manpower handling with a team spirit
Good communication and interpersonal skills
