Industrial Engineering (IE) Leader /Total Quality Management (TQM)

1. TQM Initiatives: - Implement and drive TQM initiatives, including SGA, Kaizen, and CFT. - Facilitate and monitor TQM activities, including theme selection, project planning, and implementation. - Ensure adherence to quality protocols and procedures. 2. IE Initiatives: - Implement and drive IE initiatives, including process improvement, standard time study, and waste reduction. - Analyze and optimize business processes to improve eAiciency and productivity. - Identify and eliminate waste in all forms (TIM Wood). 3. Collaboration: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive TQM and IE initiatives. - Work with production teams to implement process improvements and quality control measures. - Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing between departments. 4. Training and Development: - Provide training and development opportunities to employees on TQM and IE principles and tools. - Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Requirements: 1. Education: Degree/Bachelor’s in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. 2. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in TQM and/or IE. 3. Technical Skills: Knowledge of TQM and IE principles, including process improvement, quality control, and lean manufacturing. 4. Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and facilitating teams. 5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Certifications: - TQM Certification - Lean Six Sigma Certification - Certified Industrial Engineer (CIE)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• TQM Certification - Lean Six Sigma Certification , (CIE) (Required)
