Industrial Designer

As a Lead Industrial Designer at SolveCube, you will be responsible for driving the design and development of innovative, user-focused products. Your role will involve combining aesthetics, functionality, and manufacturability to guide the design team from concept to production. Collaboration with engineering, marketing, and manufacturing teams is essential to ensure the effective delivery of the product vision. Key Responsibilities: - Own and drive the design vision for multiple product categories, bringing together form, function, and user experience into cohesive and manufacturable designs. - Lead new product design and CMF (Color, Material, Finish) exploration to deliver exceptional physical experiences aligned with the brand's identity. - Engage in user and market research to uncover insights that shape design strategy and direction. - Manage multiple parallel projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing), and oversee external design partners for timely and high-quality execution. Qualifications Required: - Design thinker with over 6 years of experience in small-sized consumer product designs. - Degree from NID Ahmedabad or an equivalent tier-1 design school. - Strong aesthetic sensibility, technical understanding of materials and processes, and a collaborative mindset. - Ability to balance creative exploration with real-world feasibility, with a portfolio reflecting both functional design and visual excellence. - Proficiency in navigating from early ideation to final mass production, demonstrating a strong grasp of manufacturing constraints, material sciences, and emerging trends.,
