Industrial Designer

As an experienced Product Designer at All Time Plastics Limited, your role will involve designing innovative, functional, and aesthetically appealing homeware products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring product concepts to life and enhance existing designs for better user experience, marketability, and manufacturability. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing creative product concepts and design solutions based on market research, client requirements, and brand direction. - Collaborating with engineering, marketing, and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility, cost-efficiency, and technical alignment. - Conducting user research and usability testing to iterate on designs and optimize the user experience. - Directing Colour/Material/Finish for the designed products. To excel in this role, you should possess the following competencies: - Curiosity, attention to details, good observation skills, and clear communication skills with a user-centered design approach. - Ability to communicate ideas through sketches or quick 3D modeling. - Strong understanding of design principles, ergonomics, and materials. - Proficient experience in 3D modeling in SolidWorks and rendering in KeyShot. Knowledge of 3DS Max will be considered a bonus. Mandatory Qualifications: - B.Des, M.Des, Diploma in Tool and Die/Design.
