Job Description

As a potential candidate for the role, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting products and explaining details about sweets, snacks, and other offerings. You will also be in charge of maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of display counters, handling billing and transactions accurately, and managing stock rotation to ensure freshness. Additionally, you will record customer orders for bulk or festive purchases, coordinate with kitchen and inventory staff for smooth operations, and promote repeat business by delivering excellent customer service. To thrive in this role, you should possess good communication skills and attention to detail. Prior experience in a similar customer-facing role would be beneficial.
