Attend customers visiting the shop and understand their requirements. Suggest correct edge band colours, sizes, textures, and matching options. Manage product display, sample boards, and stock arrangement. Handle daily billing, invoicing & cash/UPI transactions. Maintain stock records and inform management when items need restocking. Coordinate with suppliers for orders and deliveries. Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and customer-friendly. Assist in loading/unloading goods and arranging materials. Handle customer calls and share product details/availability. Support home delivery operations when required.
