Indirect Taxation

Key Responsibilities:

EOU & SEZ Compliance:

Ensure compliance with EOU & SEZ rules, regulations, and customs procedures.
Handle de-bonding, imports, DTA sales, temporary removal of goods, and related activities.
Proficient in ICEGATE and SEZ online portals.
Manage statutory compliances: QPR, APR, Softex, DSPF, invoice endorsement, etc.
Collect data from internal teams for returns, submissions, and responses to authorities.
Liaise with EOU/SEZ authorities for approvals and documentation.
Prepare RoDTEP incentive claim documentation.
Support audits and coordinate with banks for BOE clearance.

GST Compliance:

Filing of monthly returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), annual returns (GSTR-9, GSTR-9B), ITC-04, and refunds.
Reconcile books with GST portal records.
Liaise with GST consultants and authorities.
Assist in GST audits.
Maintain comprehensive GST documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile / Keywords:

Experience in EOU & SEZ compliance, GST filing, RoDTEP claims.
Knowledge of ICEGATE, SEZ online portals, and customs processes.
Should have worked in a manufacturing or export-oriented unit.
Strong coordination and documentation skills.
Minimum 5- 8 years of experience in Indirect Taxation / Compliance roles.
