The chef must ensure timely preparation and smooth order flow, especially during peak hours. The candidate should strictly follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen. Proper storage of raw materials, monitoring food freshness, and minimizing wastage are essential parts of the role. Coordination with other kitchen staff and service teams is required to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
