We are looking for a talented and hardworking All-Rounder Chef to join our multi-cuisine kitchen team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in handling multiple cuisines and capable of managing day-to-day kitchen operations efficiently while maintaining quality and hygiene standards. The All-Rounder Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes from Indian, Odia, Bengali, Chinese, and basic Continental menus. The role includes handling mis-en-place, marination, gravies, frying, sautéing, and final plating. Maintaining taste consistency, portion control, and presentation is a key responsibility. The chef must ensure timely preparation and smooth order flow, especially during peak hours. The candidate should strictly follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen. Proper storage of raw materials, monitoring food freshness, and minimizing wastage are essential parts of the role. Coordination with other kitchen staff and service teams is required to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
