Job Title: North Indian Cook & Kitchen Helper Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled North Indian Cook along with a Kitchen Helper to manage our kitchen operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities: North Indian Cook: Prepare a variety of North Indian dishes according to recipes and standards. Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of food. Manage cooking schedules and prioritize meal preparation. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cooking area. Monitor stock levels and report shortages. Follow safety and food hygiene regulations. Kitchen Helper: Assist the cook in washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and other ingredients. Clean kitchen utensils, equipment, and workstations. Store ingredients properly and label them correctly. Dispose of kitchen waste safely and hygienically. Support the cook in daily kitchen operations as needed. Requirements: Previous experience in a North Indian kitchen is preferred. Basic knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards. Ability to work as a team and follow instructions. Willingness to work in shifts and handle a fast-paced kitchen environment. Physical stamina to stand for long hours and perform kitchen tasks efficiently.
