As a Chef specializing in Indian Chaat Halwai, you will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of traditional Indian Chaat, sweets, and snacks. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparing authentic and innovative Chaat, sweets, and snacks. - Creating and developing new recipes to enhance the menu. - Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. - Managing kitchen inventory and controlling wastage. - Supervising and guiding kitchen staff for smooth operations. - Ensuring high-quality food presentation at all times. - Staying updated with culinary trends and incorporating them as required.
