• Preparing authentic and innovative Chaat, sweets, and snacks.
• Creating and developing new recipes to enhance the menu.
• Maintaining

• Supervising and guiding

  kitchen staff

  for smooth operations.
• Ensuring

  high-quality food presentation

• Staying updated with

  culinary trends

  and incorporating them as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum

  10 years of proven experience

  in preparing

  Indian Chaat and sweets

  .
• Strong proficiency in

  traditional Indian recipes

  and regional flavors.
• Experience in

  kitchen inventory management

  and staff supervision.
• Knowledge of

  food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices

  .
• Ability to maintain

  quality, taste, and consistency

  .
• Excellent

  time management

  and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in food presentation.
• Experience in the hospitality/restaurant industry is a plus.

• Culinary degree

  or equivalent professional experience preferred.
