Job Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Act as overall RD site leader for TM RD activities at the Bangalore RD Site. Lead and be accountable for developing and, when necessary, recruiting the Bangalore RD leadership team of business and technical experts. Lead the preparation of annual and long-term site operating plans. Participate in Test Measurement Product RD leadership team to shape the test software product development strategy for the TM India RD team. Ensure the continuous supply of trained, qualified personnel to support TM s RD product roadmap execution in Bangalore. Create and champion the TM Bangalore RD Site Mission. Analyze, recommend, and implement changes that improve site employee engagement. Advocate and recommend TM Bangalore RD Site needs balanced with business constraints. Understand the needs of internal and external customers through frequent contact with them. Provide leadership to ensure that the company grows consistent with the values of Integrity, Safety Quality, Support Our People, customer focus, Continuous Improvement, Collaboration and Innovation.
