Typically, 3-5 years of experience Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLM) and experience applying them in real-world applications. Expertise in Elastic Search or similar search and indexing technologies. Expertise in designing and implementing microservices architecture. Solid experience with AWS services like EC2, VPC, ECR, EKS, SageMaker etc. for cloud deployment and management. Proficiency in container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes (K8S) and packaging/deployment tools like Helm. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Strong experience in Java and Python development, with proficiency in frameworks like Spring Boot or Java EE. Should have good hands-on experience in designing and writing modular object-oriented code. Good knowledge of REST APIs, Spring, Spring boot, Hibernate. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to demonstrate effective teamwork both within the immediate team and across teams. Experience in working with version control and build tools like GIT, GitLab, Maven and Jenkins, GitLab CI. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with Python for LLM-related tasks. Working knowledge in RAG Experience working with NLP frameworks such as Hugging Face, OpenAI, or similar.
