Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Index Operations located in Gurgaon and Udaipur The role involves managing day-to-day operations of indices, ensuring data accuracy, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining high standards of service. Key tasks include project management, sales support, and regular communication with clients and team members to ensure smooth operation and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Operations Management experience
• Proficiency in Project Management
• Excellent Communication skills
• Sales experience and client relationship management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Experience in the finance or investment management industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
