Job Description

Must have background from Home Appliances(Geyser,Fan,AC) Inspection of Incoming Material Products include glass lenses, plastic housings, PCB Boards, various small machined and molded products Document inspection results in MRP system, inspection check sheets, and when needed Corrective Action Request forms to send to the supplierComparator as needed and cleaning or rework of piece parts Support material handling (into and out of the inspection area for example), physical inventory, C of C documentation verification, and ISO9000 audits for their area Perform first article inspection on new components, including programming Keyence Optical Perform other Inspection tasks as, with appropriate direction, such as printed wire board inspection Support Engineering Reviews / MRBs and discussions with suppliers as needed Perform first article inspection on new components Ability to train and certify inspection personnel On-going communication with co-workers and engineers. Review/update as needed quality assurance work instructions, product specifications, and production schedules to optimize method of conducting inspections and tests, sequence of operations, and work assignments. Assure that test hardware supply meets production needs and is maintained and calibrated. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
