Incident Manager

• . Troubleshoot and resolve network security issues (incidents/problems)
• . Work with users and technical teams for issue resolution
• . Support security operations tools and processes
• . Track project deliverables and service KPIs
• . Assist in documentation and quality reviews
• . Use ServiceNow for issue tracking and follow-up
• . Collaborating with Tech Specialists on ongoing projects
• . Support service delivery and ensure SLAs are met
• . Coordinate upgrades and support infrastructure changes
• Technical Skills Required:
• Must-have tools: Palo Alto (firewalls)
• F5 (load balancers)
• Netskope (cloud security)
• Proxy & other infrastructure security tools
• . Additional skills:
• Service management experience (incident, change, problem management)
• Good communication skills
• Experience with network security monitoring and performance tools
