Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage incidents from detection to resolution, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal service levels.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of incidents and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain incident reports, including status updates, timelines, and resolution details.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop problem management processes and procedures.

Job Requirements :

4-8 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
Strong understanding of incident management principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external customers.
