Incident Management Analyst

Energizer is Hiring for Incident Management Analyst Role. Please mention the position title on the subject line!

Total 3 rounds of interview.

2 - Face to Face meeting is Mandatory.

Would prefer candidates from Delhi NCR. Also, Immediate joiners would be preferred.

No Cabs. This role involves Night Shifts.

Job Criteria: -

• Agree to work in 24 x 7 environment.
• Responsible for communicating the Incident to all required Stakeholders.
• Point of contact for all Sev 3 (potential Major), Sev 2, Sev 1 Incidents / Critical Situations.
• Supplement the Operations Managers in ensuring the required technical and operations staff join the incident calls in a timely manner.
• During the incident call, take over command and control and work with the NOC team to meet Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Responsible to escalate upwards to activate urgent L3 and/or vendor support as needed.
• Follow through with the required teams to determine root cause and arrange for the Permanent Fix to be implemented. Coordinate within the team to ensure quality RCA report drafted per the contract requirements. Initiate, schedule, conduct post incident reviews as needed, and ensure Lessons Learnt shared with the required staff / engineers.
• Ensure in Incident Management System, all incident/tickets are closed timely based on respective severity lead times.
• Support security reviews / audits on Incident management process as needed. Establish continuous process improvement cycles where the process performance, activities, roles and responsibilities, policies, procedures and supporting technology are reviewed and enhanced where applicable.
• Apart from the technical skillsets required, the team requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as they will become our primary point of contact with Senior Leadership, Clients and Third Party Partners during all critical incidents and outages.
