Incident and Change Manager
Working hours: 2.30PM to 1.30PM
Experience: 6-10yrs
Location: 100% Remote

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5-12 years of experience in IT operations, support, or incident management.
  • Strong command over incident lifecycle management, escalation paths, and RCA methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and crisis handling skills.
  • Ability to coordinate across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
  • Strong familiarity with tools like Jira, ServiceNow, PagerDuty, OpsGenie, Splunk, Datadog, etc.
  • Working knowledge of ITIL framework; ITIL certification is a plus
