As a Safety Program Manager, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of comprehensive safety programs for work at height activities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Develop, implement, and manage safety programs ensuring compliance with industry and Adani Group Safety Standards. - Conduct regular risk reviews and hazard analyses for tasks performed at height, identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. - Design and deliver training programs for employees working at height, ensuring proper use of safety equipment and emergency procedures. - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to work at height, staying updated with changes in legislation. - Investigate incidents or near-misses involving work at height, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions. - Oversee the inspection, maintenance, and certification of safety equipment used for work at height, ensuring regulatory standards are met. - Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and stakeholders to ensure safety protocols are followed, serving as a point of contact for safety-related queries. - Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits, monitoring the effectiveness of safety measures and making necessary adjustments. - Develop and implement emergency response plans for work at height activities, ensuring workers are trained in emergency procedures. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree / diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or Engineering. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety management, preferably with a focus on work at height. - Certification as work height trainer. - In-depth knowledge of work at height regulations and safety standards. - Experience in conducting risk assessments and hazard analysis.,
