Continuously staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends will help you better serve customers. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound/outbound sales calls professionally and persuasively. - Provide product and service information to potential customers. - Close sales by actively promoting and upselling offerings. - Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the CRM system. - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets. - Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends. Qualifications Required: - Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal. - Previous experience in inbound sales or customer service preferred. - Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. - Ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls professionally. - Excellent problem-solving and active listening skills. - Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving sales goals. - Familiarity with CRM software and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously. As for the company, we offer a competitive salary ranging from 18,000 to 50,000 per month, with potential for more based on performance.
