WORK FROM OFFICE

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound sales calls from clients inquiring about products and quotes professionally and persuasively.
  • Provide product and service information to potential customers, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
  • Close sales by actively promoting and upselling our offerings.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
  • Continuously stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Previous experience in inbound sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to convert leads into sales.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Excellent problem-solving and active listening skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving sales goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • Freshers with exceptional English communication skills are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates with previous experience in sales or customer service will be given preference.
