Job Description

We are hiring for the role of Inbound Voice Process Associate in the US Healthcare domain at a top-tier service-based organization.

As an Inbound Voice Process Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Handling incoming customer calls

• Delivering exceptional customer service

• Addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Analyzing feedback, improving processes, and assisting in team training when needed

Eligibility Criteria

✅ Education: HSC or Graduate (Any Stream) – Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome

❌ Not Eligible:

• Candidates pursuing full-time education

• Degree holders in Technical or Hotel Management fields

• Candidates outside the transport boundary

• Self-travelers during night shifts

✨ Preferred: BPO experience with valid documentation
