Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end inbound travel operations for international markets.
• Design and prepare customised itineraries for FITs and groups.
• Work on costing, pricing, and vendor negotiations to deliver competitive proposals.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, guides, and local partners to ensure smooth execution of tours.
• Maintain accurate booking records, ensure zero overlap in schedules, and support the business development team with operational inputs.
• Contribute to product development by enhancing destination knowledge and experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in inbound operations with a reputed travel company.
• Strong destination knowledge of India, Nepal, Bhutan, and Sri Lanka.
• Proven expertise in itinerary planning, costing, and vendor coordination.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude and ability to work under tight timelines.
