Responsibilities Manage end-to-end inbound travel operations for international markets. Design and prepare customised itineraries for FITs and groups. Work on costing, pricing, and vendor negotiations to deliver competitive proposals. Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, guides, and local partners to ensure smooth execution of tours. Maintain accurate booking records, ensure zero overlap in schedules, and support the business development team with operational inputs. Contribute to product development by enhancing destination knowledge and experiences. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in inbound operations with a reputed travel company. Strong destination knowledge of India, Nepal, Bhutan, and Sri Lanka. Proven expertise in itinerary planning, costing, and vendor coordination. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. A proactive, problem-solving attitude and ability to work under tight timelines.
