Inbound Calls Attendee

As an Inbound Calls Attendee Client Acquisition Consultant, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from prospective students and clients, providing them with clear and accurate information about healthcare training programs, and guiding them through the enrollment process. Your main role will involve answering high volumes of inbound calls, identifying prospective students" goals, recommending suitable courses, and maintaining records of all communications in the CRM system. You will also be required to follow up on inquiries via phone, email, or text, work closely with the admissions team to meet enrollment goals, achieve individual and team-based acquisition targets, and deliver a professional and empathetic customer experience.
