We’re expanding our customer engagement team to handle inbound ticket sales and inquiries for our upcoming rally events — and we’re looking for dynamic, multilingual communicators to join us!

Role Overview:

As an Inbound Call Center Representative, you will handle customer calls from across South India, assist them with event details, and drive ticket sales for BeastDrive’s upcoming car rallies. You’ll be the voice of BeastDrive — providing excellent service, accurate information, and an exciting first impression of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from potential customers interested in the BeastDrive Adventure Sports Car Rally.
• Provide event details — dates, locations, registration process, pricing, and package options.
• Assist callers in completing their ticket bookings and payments.
• Maintain a strong understanding of rally activities, routes, and experiences.
• Update customer information and inquiries in the CRM system accurately.
• Handle queries in a professional, friendly, and energetic manner.
• Meet daily and weekly sales conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for updates on promotions and campaigns.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, or Telugu (fluency in at least one language is mandatory).
• Basic proficiency in English for internal communication.
• Prior experience in inbound sales / call center / customer support preferred.
• Confident, energetic, and customer-focused personality.
• Passion for automobiles, adventure events, or motorsports is a big plus!
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (especially during event periods).

Pay: ₹12,815.34 - ₹46,455.89 per month
