Inbound and Outbound calls

Responsibilities

• Handle Inbound Calls: Answer incoming customer calls to provide information, resolve issues, and offer support.
• Make Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to new and existing customers for sales, follow-ups, and market research.
• Provide Product & Service Information: Clearly explain products, services, and company offerings to customers.
• Resolve Complaints: Professionally address and resolve customer complaints and issues.
• Maintain Records: Accurately log call details and update customer records in a CRM system.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work with sales and support teams to improve customer experience and service processes.
• Follow Procedures: Adhere to company policies, calling scripts, and compliance regulations.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both verbal and written.
• Communication Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for clear and professional interactions.
• Customer Focus:A customer-oriented attitude and the ability to handle complaints professionally.
• Problem-Solving:Strong skills in identifying and resolving customer issues efficiently.
• Technical Skills:Basic computer skills and experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
• Multitasking:The ability to manage high call volumes and switch between tasks effectively.
• Experience:Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is beneficial.
