Inbound and Outbound calls

As a customer service representative, your role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls. Your responsibilities include answering incoming customer calls, making outgoing calls to new and existing customers for sales, follow-ups, and market research, providing clear information about products and services, resolving customer complaints professionally, maintaining accurate records in a CRM system, collaborating with sales and support teams to enhance customer experience, and adhering to company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Handle Inbound Calls: Answer incoming customer calls, provide information, resolve issues, and offer support. - Make Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to new and existing customers for sales, follow-ups, and market research. - Provide Product & Service Information: Clearly explain products, services, and company offerings. - Resolve Complaints: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues professionally. - Maintain Records: Accurately log call details and update customer records in a CRM system. - Collaborate with Teams: Work with sales and support teams to improve customer experience and service processes. - Follow Procedures: Adhere to company policies, calling scripts, and compliance regulations. Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both verbal and written. - Customer Focus: A customer-oriented attitude and the ability to handle complaints professionally. - Problem-Solving: Strong skills in identifying and resolving customer issues efficiently. - Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems. - Multitasking: The ability to manage high call volumes and switch between tasks effectively. - Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is beneficial.
